If you’re looking for support from AmateurMatch, don’t hold your breath. It’s not exactly a top priority on their list of things to do. I’ve tried contacting them a couple times and either got no response or one that was less than satisfactory – talk about being left in the dark!
It doesn’t help that there isn’t even an FAQ page where users can find answers to common questions without having to contact customer service at all. That would be so much easier (and faster!) but unfortunately it looks like they haven’t gotten around to creating one yet – if ever! Even if you manage to find what you’re looking for, there’s no guarantee that it’ll actually do anything useful – some parts of the site just don’t seem to function properly at all! And forget about trying out their premium services; unless money literally grows on trees in your backyard, chances are good that those extra bells and whistles won’t be worth shelling out cash over.

And there’s definitely no indication of how far away someone lives from another user – talk about an awkward first date surprise when they find out they have nothing in common because one person lives halfway across the country from the other! Not only that, but there doesn’t seem to be any benefits at all with having a premium subscription either; same ol’ boring profile page regardless whether or not I’m paying extra money each month or not. Oh yeah, and don’t get me started on all those fake accounts floating around here too…it was like playing whack-a-mole trying to avoid them while browsing through users online! All in all though: steer clear if ya know what’s good for ya – AmateurMatch ain’t worth yer time nor effort!!
