If you’re looking for support from MatchSeniors, don’t hold your breath. This online dating site is seriously lacking in the customer service department. It’s like they’ve completely forgotten about their users! Trying to get a response out of them is next to impossible – I’ve contacted them several times and all I got was crickets chirping back at me.
I’d love to tell you that there’s some kind of FAQ page where people can find answers on their own but nope, nothing like that here either! You won’t even be able to contact someone directly unless it’s through snail mail – how old school is that? And if by chance you do manage to reach out via email or postcard (yes, really!), good luck getting an answer anytime soon because who knows when—or if—you’ll hear back from anyone at MatchSeniors HQ.
It seems as though this dating website has given up on its customers entirely; what a shame since it could have been such a great resource for seniors trying navigate the world of online romance with confidence and ease! If you’re looking for a dating site that promises to bring seniors together, MatchSeniors is not the one. It’s like trying to find a needle in a haystack – it may be there somewhere but good luck finding it! The user profiles are public and anyone can view them without having an account or being logged in. You also cannot set up your own custom bio which makes things even more difficult when searching for someone compatible with you.
The location info included on each profile is pretty vague as well; all they provide is what city/town the person lives in so if distance matters then this won’t help much either since there’s no indication of how far away from you these people actually live. There isn’t any way to hide your location information either so privacy concerns could come into play here too depending on who views your profile and where they’re located at themselves. To make matters worse, I found quite a few fake profiles while testing out MatchSeniors which was really disappointing because I had high hopes going into this review thinking that maybe finally something would work out between me and another senior single…alas, my dreams were quickly dashed after discovering those bogus accounts! And don’t get me started about their premium subscription plan – nothing special whatsoever except access to some “exclusive features" (which weren’t worth mentioning). All-in-all, unless somebody else has better luck than I did using MatchSeniors – save yourself time & money by skipping over this dud of an online dating service altogether!
