Say allo is a dating app that claims to offer users an easy and convenient way to find love. Unfortunately, after trying it out for myself, I can’t say the same. The user profiles are public so anyone who has access to the app can view them – there’s no privacy setting or custom bio option available either which means you don’t have much control over what information other people see about you.

The location info in each profile is also pretty limited; although Say allo does show your city of residence, there’s no indication of how far away someone else might be from you – making it difficult if not impossible for users to narrow down their search results by distance (which would make things a lot easier). And speaking of searching…the filters on this site are seriously lacking too! You’re basically stuck with whatever pops up when scrolling through potential matches – so good luck finding exactly what you want! As far as premium subscriptions go: sure they exist but honestly I didn’t notice any real benefits while testing out the service? No extra features or anything like that…just more money being taken off my card every month without me getting anything worthwhile in return (not cool!). Plus, during my time using Say allo I did come across some suspicious-looking accounts which made me think they were fake – not ideal at all considering this IS supposed to be a dating platform afterall!!

If you’re looking for support on Say allo, the dating app, I wouldn’t recommend it. From my experience trying to get help with a few issues, their customer service is subpar at best. It took me days of waiting just to hear back from them and when they did respond it was anything but helpful.

The only way I could find any kind of “support” was by going through their FAQ page which wasn’t very comprehensive either; most questions were already answered in the app itself so there wasn’t much else that could be done if your issue isn’t listed there or can’t be solved with what’s provided in-app. Even then some answers weren’t clear enough and left me more confused than before!

To make matters worse – even though this is an online dating platform after all – contacting someone directly didn’t seem like an option as no contact information (e-mail address or phone number) was given anywhere on the website nor within the application itself! Talk about leaving users out in cold…

All things considered, if you have something urgent that needs addressing don’t expect too much from Say allo’s "support". You’d probably do better asking your friends for advice instead – although admittedly not quite as romantic…

Say allo is a dating app that’s trying to make its mark in the online dating world. But when it comes to pricing, I’m not so sure they’re hitting the right notes. Sure, you can download and use Say allo for free – but if you want access to any of their premium features like unlimited messaging or advanced search filters, then you’ll need a paid subscription. And unfortunately those prices aren’t exactly competitive with other apps on the market today.

For example: If you pay $9/month for one month at a time (or $8/month if billed annually) then your wallet will be feeling pretty light! That said, there are some benefits associated with getting an upgraded account – such as seeing who’s viewed your profile and having priority customer support from Say Allo staff members…but still…it just feels too pricey compared to what else is out there these days!
