I have used this website multiple times and contacted their customer service several times but never got an adequate response or any response at all! It seems like they don’t really care about providing users with quality assistance.
The FAQ page on the website looks pretty comprehensive, but it’s not very helpful if you can’t get in touch with someone to help answer your questions.
