They have social media accounts too but they don’t seem to respond quickly there either – so that’s not really an ideal way of reaching out for assistance either!
Growlr does have a page full of frequently asked questions which could come in handy if your issue is one that has already been addressed before – however this doesn’t always provide much insight into more complex problems and queries users may encounter while using the platform. That said, when contacting customer service directly via email/ticket submission response times vary greatly; sometimes taking days rather than hours as expected from most online services nowadays!
